Shipping policy

Orders:

  • Orders for Collection Points & Local Delivery (via Kin Culture Shop) close weekly – Monday 10am for Wednesday delivery.
  • Order via National Delivery (via Pargo & Bobbox), is available 7 days a week, with 3 - 4 business day lead time.

Delivery Information:

  • National Delivery: We deliver across South Africa in partnership with couriers, Pargo & Bobbox.

  • Local Delivery (Cape Town & Surrounds): We provide free local delivery for orders to the value of R1000.
    For orders less than R1000:
    - CBD, Seapoint up to Camps Bay, Southern Suburbs, Boland, Winelands, Helderberg, Northern Suburbs up to Blouberg - R55 for local delivery
    - Seaboard (between Camps Bay up to & incl Muizenberg, between Blouberg & Melkbos) - R75 for local delivery
  • Collection Points: There is no additional charge if you choose to collect your products from one of our designated Collection Points.

    Our collection points host us at no charge, enabling us to offer free collection to you. We kindly request that you collect your order on the same day as delivery to avoid carrying over any products to the following day

Please Note:

  • Delivery times may vary and are subject to change.
  • You will receive a notification via WhatsApp of the ESTIMATED time of delivery.
  • We will notify you once your products have been delivered to your selected Collection Point.
    This is to ensure you do not arrive at the Collection Point prior to delivery.
  • Collection Point trading hours are subject to change.
