Protein & Fibre Bread Premix (Gluten-Free)
Makes: 2 loaves (±700 g) or 55 finger rusks

800 g Gluten-Free Premix
-
1 packet yeast (mix into premix with wooden spoon)

800 ml lukewarm water
Method

Add yeast to the premix and mix through with a wooden spoon.

Add 800 ml tepid water and mix until the consistency is like thick batter.

Prepare 2 pans (20 cm length).

Pour in mixture and sprinkle with seeds if desired.

Allow to rise for 30–40 minutes.

Bake at 180 °C for 45–60 minutes (baking times may vary).
