Protein & Fibre Bread Premix (Gluten-Free)
Makes: 2 loaves (±700 g) or 55 finger rusks

Recipe

  • 800 g Gluten-Free Premix

  • 1 packet yeast (mix into premix with wooden spoon)

  • 800 ml lukewarm water

Method

  1. Add yeast to the premix and mix through with a wooden spoon.

  2. Add 800 ml tepid water and mix until the consistency is like thick batter.

  3. Prepare 2 pans (20 cm length).

  4. Pour in mixture and sprinkle with seeds if desired.

  5. Allow to rise for 30–40 minutes.

  6. Bake at 180 °C for 45–60 minutes (baking times may vary).
